Leírás

Az RCA Light egy online konferencia rendszer, melynek segítségével a résztvevők és az előadók interakcióba tudnak lépni egymással. A rendszer funkciói egyenként is használhatóak, a nem aktivált funkciók nem jelennek meg a szoftver menüpontjai között.

A szavazás és a kérdés funkció webes felületen keresztül is megjeleníthető teljes képernyős módban, így projektoron vagy LED falon is megjeleníthető, pl. szavazás eredményének megjelenítése vagy az előadónak küldött kérdés megjelenítése.

A rendszer maximum 300 tetszőleges eszközön használható egyidőben.

Program

Megadható tetszőleges számú előadás, programonként kezdési és befejezési időpont, helyszín, illetve a hozzácsatolható előadó is.

Szavazás

A szavazás a konferencia tetszőleges időpontjában jeleníthető meg. Előre több kérdés is rögzíthető, melyeket ki/be kapcsolással lehet aktiválni. Egy kérdéshez tetszőleges számú válasz adható meg, melyek esetén megadható egy vagy több választási lehetőség is. A válaszok sorrendje állítható. A szavazás, a szavazás eredménye az adminisztrátor által meghatározott időben látszik a szavazást leadó eszközökön és a projektoron is.

Kérdések

A konferencia ideje alatt a résztvevők által kérdések küldhetők az előadók részére. Ezek a kérdések moderálás után jutnak el az előadóhoz. A moderátor és az előadó is különböző csoportokba tudja rendezni a beérkezett kérdéseket. A kérdések projektoron is megjeleníthetők.

Előadók

Megjeleníthető és szerkeszthető az előadók neve, fotója, titulusa, telefonszáma, email címe és honlapjának címe, valamint egy szabad szöveges bemutatkozás (alapvető formázási funkciókkal). A rendszerbe felvitt előadók hozzárendelhetők az előadásokhoz, illetve az előadók adatai között megjelennek az általa tartott előadások (cím, időpont, helyszín).

Program

You can specify any number of lectures, start and end times for each program, location, and the accompanying artist.

Vote

Voting can be displayed at any time of the conference. Several questions can be fixed in advance, which can be activated by switching on / off. You can specify any number of answers to a question, in which case you can specify one or more options. The order of the answers is adjustable. Voting and voting results are displayed on the casting devices and on the projector at a time specified by the administrator.

Questions

During the conference, participants can send questions to the speakers. These questions get to the artist after moderation. The moderator and the speaker can arrange the questions in different groups. Questions can also be displayed on the projector.

Artists

You can display and edit artist names, photos, titles, phone numbers, email addresses and website addresses, and a free text presentation (with basic formatting features). Performers entered into the system can be assigned to the lectures, and the performers' performances (title, time, location) are displayed among the performers.
